Spearmint- Nausea & Tired Mind

May help in relieving symptoms of nausea dn tired mind.  Great to add a little to bath water

These oils are 100% pure essential oil. Apply with caution, and use only a small drop to apply to many areas if applying undiluted. Dilution rate 3% essential oil in a carrier oil base.

Suggested carrier oil: sweet almond oil, olive oil, jojoba or hemp seed oil.

Safety - . All essential oils may cause skin sensitivity if used on a regular basis or used undiluted.

Please Note: Some essential Oils should be avoided if pregnant, please consult your physician.
